Phantasmagorical Return & Exchange Policy

At Phantasmagorical, everything we make is crafted one piece at a time — slow, intentional, and personal. We want you to feel great in what you wear, and also feel good about how it’s made. Our return policy reflects that same balance of sustainability, fairness, and care.

📏 Sizing & Fit

We know online sizing can be tricky — and we’ve made it as easy as possible to get it right the first time.

You can:

1. Use our AI Size Recommender located right beside the Add to Cart button. It gives instant, data-backed sizing guidance for your best fit.

2. Or, for a more custom touch, copy the size chart from the product description and paste it into ChatGPT along with your height, weight, and preferred fit (relaxed, true, or slim). You’ll get a tailored recommendation in seconds.

Because each garment is made individually (to reduce waste and ensure quality), we can’t offer standard returns for sizing issues. But we can offer something better than a dead-end “no”:

Return for 110% store credit. If your item doesn’t fit the way you hoped, send it back and we’ll issue store credit worth 10% more than your original order.

You can use that credit to order a new size, try a new style, or save it for later — no expiration.

We also love when customers gift their first piece to a friend or loved one. Every item deserves to be worn, not wasted.

🎨 Quality & Design Concerns

If your order arrives and something doesn’t feel right — stitching, print, or finish — let us know. We’ll send you a prepaid return label and issue full store credit once we receive it.

💥 Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrives damaged or defective, email Hello@phantasmagorical.co or use the chat on our site. We’ll replace it or issue full store credit right away — shipping on us.

🧥 Heavyweight Items (Hoodies, etc.)

For heavyweight items, returns may incur a small shipping deduction due to carrier costs. If you opt for store credit instead, we’ll waive that fee completely.

🌍 International Orders

We can’t currently accept returns or exchanges on international orders due to shipping logistics. Please review the size chart carefully before ordering — and use either the AI size recommender or the ChatGPT sizing trick to find your best fit.

Include your order number and reason for the return.

💳 Refunds & Store Credit

Refunds (for approved quality or defect issues) are processed after inspection.

Store credit is issued immediately once your return is approved — ready to use on your next purchase.
