At Phantasmagorical, we want you to love your purchase. If something isn’t quite right, our flexible return policy is here to help.
For U.S. Customers:
We accept returns on T-shirts only within 30 days of purchase. Here’s how it works:
Eligibility:
Items must be unused, in the same condition as received, and in their original packaging.
Quality & Design Concerns:
If you’re unhappy with the quality or design, we’re here to help! We'll provide a shipping label to return the items and give you store credit for the amount of the purchase.
Sizing or Preference Adjustments:
We encourage you to use our AI-powered size recommender before ordering. For T-shirts, we may accept returns for sizing issues under certain conditions. Store credit is a convenient option for sizing exchanges, allowing you to reorder in a different size or style.
Damaged or Defective Items:
If your item arrives damaged or defective, reach out immediately via email at Hello@phantasmagorical.co or the chat feature at the bottom right of the screen. We’ll quickly arrange a replacement or store credit for the full amount, at no extra cost to you.
Heavyweight Items (Hoodies):
Due to high shipping costs, returns for heavyweight items like hoodies will have a return shipping fee, which we’ll deduct from your refund. Alternatively, you can choose store credit, and we’ll waive the return shipping cost entirely. The exact return shipping fee will be determined based on your location and item weight. We suggest double-checking sizing for these items, as returns may be limited.
Return Process:
To start a return, simply email us at Hello@phantasmagorical.co or use the chat feature. Include your order number and reason for return, and we’ll guide you from there.
Shipping Costs:
We cover all return shipping for quality issues, damages, or defects. For other returns, standard return shipping may apply, especially for heavyweight items. Choosing store credit can eliminate return fees in many cases.
Refunds:
Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you via email about your store credit. Refunds are credited to your original payment method within a few days, depending on your bank. Store credit is issued immediately upon approval and can be used right away.
Exchanges:
We’re happy to help with exchanges. If the exchange is due to quality issues or defects, it’s free. For other reasons, you can use store credit for easy reordering.
For International Customers:
Due to the complexities of international shipping, we currently cannot offer returns or exchanges for international orders. Please review our size guide and product details carefully before ordering.
