For U.S. Customers:
We accept returns on T-shirts within 30 days of purchase. Here’s what you need to know:
Eligibility:
Items must be unused, in the same condition you received them, and in their original packaging.
Quality or Design Issues:
If you're not satisfied with the quality or design of your item, we've got you covered! We’ll gladly process a return or exchange at no cost to you.
Sizing or Personal Preference:
While we strive to provide the perfect fit through our free AI-powered size recommender, we understand that sizing can still be tricky. That’s why we strongly encourage you to double-check the recommendation before placing your order.
We cannot be responsible for sizing issues once the order is placed as we offer this helpful tool for your convenience. However, we may make exceptions in certain circumstances, as we are committed to ensuring you have a positive shopping experience.
Damaged or Defective Items:
If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us immediately at Hello@phantasmagorical.co. We’ll swiftly resolve the issue by providing a replacement or issuing a full refund, based on your preference, at no cost to you.
Process:
To initiate a return or exchange, please email us at Hello@phantasmagorical.co with your order number and reason for return. We’ll provide further instructions.
Shipping Costs:
For returns due to quality issues, damage, or defects, we’ll cover all shipping costs. For other return reasons, shipping costs may apply.
Refunds:
Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you via email about the approval or rejection of your refund. Approved refunds will be credited to your original payment method within a few days, depending on your bank or credit card issuer’s policies.
Exchanges:
We’re happy to help with exchanges. If the exchange is due to a quality issue, damage, or defect, we’ll cover all shipping costs. For other reasons, you may need to cover return shipping.
For International Customers:
We love our international customers, but due to the complexities and costs involved, we cannot offer returns or exchanges for international orders. We encourage you to review our size guide and product descriptions carefully before placing your order.
