At Phantasmagorical, we want every customer to feel amazing in what they wear—and confident in the intention behind it. Because each piece is made individually to reduce waste and ensure quality, we’ve designed a return policy that supports both sustainability and fairness.
📏 Sizing & Fit
We know ordering the right size can be tricky. That’s why every product page includes a detailed size chart to guide you. Not sure which size to choose?
Here’s our tip: Copy the size chart and head over to ChatGPT. Paste in the chart along with your height, weight, and how you like your clothes to fit (slim, oversized, etc.)—you’ll get personalized advice in seconds.
Since all our shirts are made-to-order and we’re a small brand (navigating things like tariffs, rising material costs, and more), we aren’t able to accept returns for sizing issues. But we do offer a fair and flexible solution:
- Keep the original shirt – consider gifting it to a friend or loved one.
- Receive a 40% discount code – use it to reorder in a different size or try a new design. The code can be applied to multiple items if you’d like.
This helps us minimize waste, support slow fashion, and keep things human and personal.
🎨 Quality & Design Concerns
If your item doesn’t meet expectations in terms of quality or design, just let us know. We’ll send you a prepaid shipping label and issue store credit for the full purchase price once we receive the return.
💥 Damaged or Defective Items
We’ve got you covered. If your item arrives damaged or defective, email us at Hello@phantasmagorical.co or use the chat on our site. We’ll replace it or issue full store credit—on us.
🧥 Heavyweight Items (e.g. Hoodies)
Due to increased shipping costs, returns on heavyweight items incur a shipping fee deducted from the refund. Want to avoid the fee? Choose store credit—we’ll waive the return shipping cost entirely.
🌍 International Orders
At this time, we are unable to offer returns or exchanges on international orders due to complex shipping logistics and costs. Please review sizing carefully before ordering—we appreciate your understanding!
🔁 How to Start a Return

- Include your order number and reason for the return.
- We’ll guide you through the next steps.
💳 Refunds & Store Credit
- Refunds (when applicable) are processed a few days after we receive and inspect your item.
- Store credit is issued immediately upon approval and ready to use right away.
