Refund policy

Damaged or Defective Items:

Return Eligibility:
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging. We understand that sometimes things don't work out as planned, so we accept returns within 30 days of purchase.

Refund Process:
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If your refund is approved, it will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within a certain number of days, depending on your bank or credit card issuer's policies.

Shipping Costs:
Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Exchanges:
We'll be happy to help you with your exchange free of charge. Simply pay the shipping cost to return the item and Phantasmagorical will cover the shipping to return the new item for you.
