For U.S. Customers:
Eligibility
- Items must be unused, in the same condition as received, and in their original packaging.
- Returns must be initiated within 30 days of receiving your item.
Sizing or Fit Issues
We know finding the perfect fit can be tricky, which is why we offer an AI-powered size recommender to guide you. If you still end up with a size that doesn’t work:
- Keep the Item & Gift It! We’ll provide a 40% discount to reorder in a different size or style—feel free to use it for multiple items if you'd like.
- Exchange Options: Prefer an exchange? We’ll issue store credit to make reordering easy.
By choosing one of these options, you’re helping us reduce waste and support more sustainable practices.
Quality & Design Concerns
We’re committed to delivering the highest-quality products. If you’re unhappy with the quality or design:
- Contact us, and we’ll provide a prepaid shipping label for returns.
- Once we receive your item, we’ll issue store credit for the full purchase amount.
Damaged or Defective Items
If your item arrives damaged or defective, please reach out to us at Hello@phantasmagorical.co or via the chat feature on our site.
- We’ll arrange a replacement or provide store credit for the full amount—on us!
Heavyweight Items (Hoodies)
Due to higher shipping costs, returns for heavyweight items (like hoodies) will incur a return shipping fee, deducted from the refund.
- To avoid the fee, choose store credit, and we’ll waive the return shipping cost entirely.
Return Process
Getting started is easy!

- Provide your order number and the reason for the return.
- We’ll guide you through the next steps.
Refunds & Store Credit
- Refunds to the original payment method will be processed within a few days after we receive and inspect the item.
- Store credit is issued immediately upon approval and can be used right away.
For International Customers
Due to the complexities of international shipping, we currently cannot offer returns or exchanges for international orders.
