  • Keep the Item & Gift It! We’ll provide a 40% discount to reorder in a different size or style—feel free to use it for multiple items if you'd like.
  • Exchange Options: Prefer an exchange? We’ll issue store credit to make reordering easy.

By choosing one of these options, you’re helping us reduce waste and support more sustainable practices.

Quality & Design Concerns

We’re committed to delivering the highest-quality products. If you’re unhappy with the quality or design:

  • Contact us, and we’ll provide a prepaid shipping label for returns.

Heavyweight Items (Hoodies)

Due to higher shipping costs, returns for heavyweight items (like hoodies) will incur a return shipping fee, deducted from the refund.

  • To avoid the fee, choose store credit, and we’ll waive the return shipping cost entirely.

Refunds & Store Credit
